Dalmore seems to be one of the only (or very few) companies which have a platform developed which provides the seller a front end website designed for fractional real estate while having a backend for Dalmore to process transactions.

If you want to be a real company/syndication then do it the correct way.

I have numerous companies ask a lot of questions and then decide not to quote.

We hired a company to rent our place only for leasing and we will manage once it is rented. 

This is probably a placement company working with a homeowner who has filed an insurance claim.

Gmail address or not business address, money upfront and not willing to use a title company

Multiple, billion dollar companies are investing substantial amounts of money into our area, such as Intel, Google, and Amazon.
