Does anyone have an article or podcast that I can read or listen to.

Who cares how much money you have if you can’t find any deals.

You have that the tenant reporting the issue to you, you getting it looked at, making a determination the door was damaged and now you will send the tenant a bill for the door and ask them to take care of that during the course of their tenancy.    

That's how I read it as well......but I could be wrong? 

I recommend reading “Long-Distance Real Estate Investing: How to Buy, Rehab, and Manage Out-of-State Rental Properties” - I found it to be very helpful when I got started investing 2.5 years ago.

I also have them initial that section I read it to them and all in agreement.

I've read some posts and am encouraged on the wealth of information here... 

I am currently looking through different markets and reading as much about the details of making this a business as I can.
