Social media is where people's eyes are at!

I have seen Canadians get a mortgage with  less than 65%, not sure where you got that from.

But it can be quite social there as well.. depends on the setting.

Brian,You can find a lot of hard money lenders through your social media.  

But I received many lovely holiday gifts from residents while managing a 120 unit complex that was OH so special.We did a resident appreciation HOT Dog / Ice cream social in the summer by the pool area, along with national night out, so everyone enjoyed that.

Also, this is just an observation, most agents seem to enjoy telling everyone they are an agent, socializing with agents, networking, and all that crap rather than doing work.

Plus it would enable my parents to sign off their property to me so that way they can collect more money through me, all the while collecting social security. 

There is Marketing campaign automation, lead processing automation, social media posting automation etc so many different parts of the business that can be automated, but there are those - that can't.And before you hire anyone to help you "automate" you need a very clear processes and standard procedures of your business in place.

You can also go to ancestry.com - I think they still give free 14-day trial memberships - and see, if he's mentioned in the social security death index.
