In the last 6 months i've acquired two more short term rentals in the Poipu Beach area and completed a 1031 exchange.

I've heard for example something like 20,000 rooms coming in 2024 in DFW area. 

If you are a little fish, or a new fish , or a late fish to filing it’s highly likely you will get pushed out with an extension. 

If you use keywords like Chicago, Atlanta, Elgin, etc. investors in your area will be able to help you better than those like me who don't know your area very well.

@Kevin Sobilo, is generally correct in what he mentioned, however, there are a few revenue procedures that could allow for a split allocation of investment & primary portions of each where we could still discuss an exchange.
