You would hold the funds in a LLC business for which you have signing authority and you could then; vest title to property in the name of the LLC and add a layer of asset protection, sign contracts, directly pay for expenses, and deposit the income produced by your property to the LLC account.You would be able to act more immediately and reduce paperwork and fees.More importantly, if you choose to work with a quality provider of such plans, you would have access to meaningful advise related to the investments you are making and compliance with IRS guidelines. 

Obviously, I would have a signed addendum authorizing this.

I made an agreement with the current management company in Feb 2016 but they only sent my payment one time in the past.They currently hold my rent around $5000.I've asked so many times to send my rent but they never did.Is there any place to inform this non payment issue to authorities?

If it's established residency whether the landlord authorized it or not you must go through eviction.The police will say it is usually a civil matter and nothing they can do until you go through the courts if residency is established.

There are folks who love to live on the road and volunteer for every TDY they can and in many cases, get waivers to dwell time so they can go back more quickly than typically authorized. 

@Kee You If inspector doesn’t like it they have the authority to tell a homeonwner to put a structure back to its original state at the clients cost or get fined for a very long time and possibly eventually have a lien put on the property.

I do not know what the situation is in Indiana but I suspect the authorities do not smile on negligent landlords especially if negligence is revealed in an actual fire with damages, injury or even death.

Just because it's zoned for residential doesn't mean you automatically have the authorization to put a house there.
