My management company doesn't send my payment
I have an investment single-family home in Detroit.
I made an agreement with the current management company in Feb 2016 but they only sent my payment one time in the past.
They currently hold my rent around $5000.
I've asked so many times to send my rent but they never did.
Is there any place to inform this non payment issue to authorities?
