If you can work out a solid deal!

The only way to take the "easy" rout in real estate is to take a passive investing approach, by putting your money into other peoples deals. 

I’ve seen people form long term partnerships that did NOT work out well, so it is nice in RE that most deals are relatively short term and therefore you can reevaluate the expectations each time, and make adjustments as needed since life changes too.

It doesn't make sense in suburbs and don't work out unless you have friend who want to share the house /room with you already.

Most deals will work out great on an FHA loan because of the little money down.

The lots are seriously cheap and the builders of the above-mentioned modern homes are a-plenty, and since I won't be looking to build anything complicated or palatial, I wonder if the numbers would work out.

The waiting for a phone call, text or email after having a nice conversation and thinking that things would work out.

If you have enough cash reserves to weather the uncertainties of this economic situation for several months and pay for the eviction process, it might work out to your benefit in the long run.

Most of the time, if you picked the original tenant correctly things will work out as they are the type that take responsibility for life.

I will look more into this to see if I can make it work out.
