Buying a property with nonpaying tenants inside
Hi my partner and I are new to real estate investing and we are looking at buying a property with tenants that have no lease and are not paying rent ie squatters. With Trumps nationwide eviction moratorium lasting until the end of the year does anyone have input on what steps we can take to evict the tenants or should we avoid the deal with the uncertainty ahead?
