RE is a ocean with lots to learn and so I'm thinking of going with some reputed Turnkey company for my first rental just to get my feet wet soon (in a year or so) and save the hassle of searching/analyzing deals which I am yet to learn how to - but first, I want to set a clear goal on number of units/properties that I should target to buy and time period in years, put the goal in my room and see it everyday.
