There are TONS of videos out there on YouTube about real estate investing.

It would take me about 5 months to save 10K and they want to jump on a flip in a couple of weeks.

Today was two weeks from the end of my contract period and despite feeling like I did everything asked of me they said I wasn‘t working out and terminated my contract.So to my point, I have a 401k from my previous job worth $80k, $50k after tax, plus about $20k in cash and at least $30k in available credit.

He was trying to talk me into letting him stay for a couple of weeks to have a garage sale and clean everything out.

I want to get some advice regarding hiring of contractors/handyman(woman), I have been looking for a few weeks and haven't been able to find anyone willing to take on a job. 

I joined just last week in a feverish attempt to gain as much knowledge as possible to start my lifelong career in Real Estate Investing.

I will post pictures of progress and plan to have a video log and hopefully a time lapse of the project. 

(Management contract ends 2 weeks prior to tenant lease ends)I was thinking of sending a letter in the mail introducing myself lettIbh the tenant know my plans two months prior to the lease ending.

I do a drive by every couple of weeks.

After seeing a couple of videos, i feel like a real estate license would be a good start.
