I am located in Alabama and want to know the best course of action when dealing with two tenants and 1 water line.

In fact, Airbnb will allow me to cancel an instant booking with no penalty when a misunderstanding of how their systems works occurs.

Many a young investor has been skinned alive in them thar waters........Just kidding, they have all kinds of good information.

We have made a huge mistake but long story short... he’s a “professional tenant” and knows the system pretty well.

I found that the property resides in an unincorporated area with no zoning requirements, but city water and utilities can be accessed.Not knowing where to begin we are hoping for guidance on steps. 

So im only responsbile for things out of their control or things that someone living in the home didnt break like a water heater or something like that.

I wouldn't have anything to lose by putting the property under contract and testing the waters but time put into it.

I need to start building systems in various parts of my business, what area should I focus on first, and how can I build a system to work on that?
