I live in Richardson, TX and had an HVAC person who literally lives 4 streets away from me, charge $800 to replace the compressor (which was under warranty, so he swapped it out at the dealers warehouse).

We're evaluating a deal in Roseville which comes with a double lot (11,000+ sq ft), each end of the lot on a different street.  

I will discuss with my realtor about putting the sign in the window of the condo (only seen by condo tenants and their visitors) or on the street. 

I had found houses within .5miles that sold for 170k sold 8/1/2016 there is house on the same street selling for 175k.

I have driven even street in my target areas, have thousands of dollars going out in direct mail every month, about 6-8 negotiators, a door knocking team and am targeting niche markets that you don't know about.

Like the two townhouses we closed on in NOVA this month. 80k for one, 85k for the other, same street. 

But all they really did was overload my ADHD brain with a hundred different street names, townships, school districts, neighborhoods, land marks and so forth.

Heck, you can get a finder's fee for the vacant house down the street if you can help put me in contact with the owner.What do you say?

Tell them to keep it in a safe place as this could be worth a potentially hassle free sale in the future - "if they ever consider" you will be the first person they remember to contact and your in.Keep beating the streets man and move to the next. :)Billy
