I've never done it but parking seems like it could be an objective concern (congestion) that doesn't take into account the people side when it comes to an application.

Price range puts you into a good amount of NJ area, are you looking for something with commuter traffic, there are even some areas in Central/Northern NJ where you have a lot of large companies, like the Bridgewater/Basking Ridge/Manville/Bound Brook areas, which are in proximity to Verizon, J&J, Merck and a ton of other companies, so possibilities of corporate relocation rentals come into play.

The properties that I target are all properties a a traffic lighted hard intersection.

Thanks @Mooro El , I live in Arlington, VA so i have to take a half day to get there on on a weekday with traffic (it can be horrendous), so I dont make it out there.

Culver city is good, just consider traffic when scheduling the Time and date.

Keller is a great ISD also, but you will have more traffic issues and it will be more like 20 to 30 minutes to the base depending on where you live exactly and the traffic.  

There will probably be a court date similar to traffic court where a bunch of people are pushed through like cattle.

When we install the sticky allure traffic master from home depot we have guys that will do it for $.75/foot all the way up to $1.50/foot.

If they can work from anywhere, why not work in a beautiful location with views, rich wildlife, no traffic, low cost of living, high quality of life, low taxes, highspeed internet, and more?
