Hi BP,i'm not that new to BP, i do more reading in the forum than i do posting.

and given that returns on these are right at 15 to 20% kind of best case for any volume ( granted I know we all hit our homeruns sometimes) but how can you pay that rate and make any money on the delta.. you would need to be buying pretty big tapes and then you would owe them money while your not making any money stabilizing the collateral.. unless their interest payments are on accrual.. ?????

@Jay Hinrichs Thank you for your incite because I am trying to read up on flipping contracts but I don't even know where to begin it can be overwhelming.

A while back I read The Empowered Manager and it goes into depth on incentive based performance.

I was never one to sit down and read, however more recently I have found how relaxing it is and instead of reading some fairytale story I'd much rather learn how to better my future and adjust my outlook on life.

I read this on another post and it hits the nail on the head:"If everywhere you look people are making it sound easy, then you are looking in the wrong places.
