If you're looking in Old Northeast and surrounding areas like Shore Acres to Snell Isle, it's getting a little pricey, for sure! 

Because of the pandemic we've seen a mass exodus from NYC to Bridgeport, CT and surrounding areas causing considerable price appreciation. 

I’ll say Alta ga and surrounding areas is good for MANY MANY reasons which are too much to type 👍
