The class runs up to 25,000, which is supposed to cover everything.

While yes, the llc is Suppose to indemnify the Owner, that doesn’t stop anyone from getting a judgment against the Owner.....it’s not the third party’s problem that the llc can’t make the Owner whole, that’s the Owner’s problem, the third party still gets a judgment against the Owner and the llc management company.  

He already knows he not supposed to do that.....but he doesn’t care.

Robert, on the possible purchase of the property by Dollar General now that the lease is 8 months out from expiration, I suppose it's worth a shot.

:a friend of mine lives in his 7-plex that he has rehabbed over the years & simply refers to it as living with the inmates & trust me it's a reality.Maybe that is where screening better tenants is supposed to come in.

Having grown up in Southbridge I suppose I'm desensitized to the goings-on that everyone hears about.

The work was supposed to start around 7/22 but the contractor said there was a death in the family and repairs will start on 7/30.I requested to have another contractor but the PM said it would take longer because they would have to get a new quote.
