While yes, the llc is Suppose to indemnify the Owner, that doesn’t stop anyone from getting a judgment against the Owner.....it’s not the third party’s problem that the llc can’t make the Owner whole, that’s the Owner’s problem, the third party still gets a judgment against the Owner and the llc management company.

:a friend of mine lives in his 7-plex that he has rehabbed over the years & simply refers to it as living with the inmates & trust me it's a reality.Maybe that is where screening better tenants is supposed to come in.

The work was supposed to start around 7/22 but the contractor said there was a death in the family and repairs will start on 7/30.I requested to have another contractor but the PM said it would take longer because they would have to get a new quote.
