Hi everyone, I have been watching many YouTube videos, particularly some by a real estate investor by the name of Michael Lush.  

I have been reading books and blogs and watching videos on investing.

I keep seeing videos where teachers say that they never see the property..Never see the seller.And email the contract..How do they email the contract and get it signed??

George and I have seen that cup w/ gun video haha thats the best. 

They could have submitted the land contract along with the tax record to allow this trace of entity, just like I would if I submitted a property management agreement for a property I mangaged that was owned by someone else.  

As landlord I have the "Power" to submit a start order with my power company for electric start service into tenants name,, I download the form... it's in my move in packet and have new tenant sign it, but basically even without their signature I can start service in the new tenants name.If for some reason power is cut off I am on the account as landlord and am notified of cut offs or emergency power outages.  

Have your own agent, and you could have had the offer submitted on Sunday.

I haven't submitted a formal offer, so I guess the potential exists to lowball the offer, but that probably doesn't help in a seller finance situation.Thanks for the time!
