Also, I wondering if the borrower owed taxes to CRA if CRA could jump ahead of me to get paid first in the event that the borrower defaults and the property has to be sold?

Looking for a club in my area - I see there is an event in Princeton next month for the Southern NJ club.

I got tied up in couple of life event and slaked.

I'm not sure that looking at the needs of college students is a bad idea as VT is thriving, but as with all of our investments, I would consider other options in the event the college scene does change.

I am assuming it's in there just as a catch all, in event they wanted to keep some activity out that wasn't thought of in the.

I am thinking about enrolling in the February full one-day seminar but at $600-700 for the day, would love to hear reviews of any past events people have attended.

It took a week to get the furnace repaired, (because the event hit the whole town, and every plumber quickly ran out of inventory),and new water heater, so I brought her space heaters as well.
