I would love to fo something with senior housing.

However, he is not yet a US citizen.

I can offer no expertise, however I have a friend who is a retired utility senior executive. 

I'm a Canadian, so theres the whole other issue with taxes for me in Canada, I can not directly have income earned in a US LLC because it will be double taxed for me as a Canadian citizen,etc, ,,I really want to invest in the US as theres so much more opportunities,, just want to make sure I do it right the first time

I don't know if there is much I can do before signing up for an LLC with the help of a foreign attorney due being a foreign citizen. plus opening up a US Bank account with the help of an agency.

A bit about myself:  I am senior software engineer with over 10 years of software development experience and I work remotely for an employer down in Miami, but live in northeast Wisconsin. 

Here I meet them at the gym having coffee or in the locker room after senior circuit training.  

I have completed multiple renovations on large multifamily, hospitality, and senior living properties for national and multi-national companies for a little over 7 years now.
