@Jon Ostojic One option might be to try selling a note and mortgage secured by your properties to an investor in notes.Regardless of your strategy for financing the deal, you can always present an offer to the seller in order to get the home under contract before finalizing your financing.

Think of all the things that could go wrong and see if the lease addresses them: unauthorized pets or tenants, early termination, security deposit, lease violations, late rent, eviction, lawn maintenance, parking, etc.5.

The Spanish speaking people in Texas being taken advantage of are a myth created by the “liberal” politicians looking to secure “ethnic” votes to push their socialistic agenda.

The bigger bigger concern are the changing security deposit and screening criteria laws in Portland paired with the new state level for cause termination ordinance.

Cost to defend yourself is usually more than the security deposit was in the 1st place.

I understand their position if the note is secured to property but if its not.....?
