The company I am with is not recieving a final approval because I have two late payments for my credit card back in December.

In some areas the showing apps are used a lot, in other places you just may get a combination code to the lockbox or a special card that is part of your membership to  NAR (the national association of realtors).

It's hard to get a credit card let alone any type of mortgage without permanent residency status at least.

I've never owned a credit card, and never used an auto loan to get my car.

I just bought our first home in march, looking to pay off some credit card debt and save for our first investment.

Replatting isn't an option because I'll lose my grandfathered duplex zoning, which is worth a lot if I go to sell it later (or scrape and build newer/bigger duplexes).

My trust in people degraded as my perfect for 10 years credit score went down and my never holding debt on a card or paying interest to a credit card company for 10 years when up and nearly bankrupted me over the past year.      

(accounting features, online payments/applications, owner payments, screening etc)And you have no idea how much I referred to the ebook - Accounting Debits/Credits always screwed with me in college - maybe a right brain/left brain type of thing I was always good at math, but for some reason those two always tripped me up as it really doesnt apply to the daily life version of how we use debit/credit or think of the concept when paying for things on our debit/credit cards etc -- Always had in my head debit was taking money away, however not always the case in accounting.  

Nice borrowing $3.8M on a 140k house, I wonder who is going to get stuck with that mess when that house of cards collapses. 

I've got 4 mortgages, 1 car loan, 1 student loan, 1 balance on a Visa card, 2 balances on store cards and 1 credit card that I pay in full every month.
