If it's that good of a plot sell it to a bank but if you want to develop I'd do a mixed use and keep it and entitle the site if the land is free and clear just get the plans and designs together.

Guess that means a) you have money and b) you pretty much have to pay whatever rent I ask to I’ll end up with your business for free. 

This frees up your time, as the manager handles day-to-day operations, emergencies, conflict resolution, etc.
