There are a lot of developers and flippers in my area that put their personal touch on a project i.e. green front door, tiled accent wall, etc

I don't know I just let my designer do all that stuff, haha.

When wholesalers try to sell me a property for more than it's really worth I tend to think one of two things: 1) They don't know what they're doing, or 2) They do know what they're doing but they're trying to take advantage of me because they assume I don't.

I pay $1.50 per bar and that included design of wrapper, bar itself and wrapping.

I am bookmarking everyone that I like to give my designer some ideas.

Please don't waste two months coming up with a name, designing cards, and picking the paper weight for your letterhead when you could be using that time more productively!

Sometimes if there are a handful of properties in a designated area, I'll speak to neighbors.

One thing to keep in mind as well though is that fashions in interior design do change.
