@Spencer Cuello Round Rock and Pflugerville are popular for STR because they don't have any restrictions.

Keep in mind that if you go the STR route, the property must be owner occupied if it is within the Austin city limits - cities like Round Rock, Cedar Park, and others, don't have that restriction yet.

Target the Austin MSA, Leander, Round Rock, Cedar Park, Liberty Hill.

Some markets are flat and will have steady tourism year round, some will spike in summer, and have zero bookings in winter, spring, and fall.

It had a big pool with lots of pretty girls.....walking distance to the Old Town area.I think if you pick the right place, you can do year 'round in Phoenix.....
