I work with a group of Private Investors, who I am not at liberty to reveal, for legal reasons.

Its normally the hub and spigot or hubless variety.

But you'll find a variety of every type of investor on the site, and everyone is amazingly helpful.

Some reveal the bank's max bid, some don't.

I tried to google it and I get a wide variety of hits.

My first reaction was that this feels like a bit of killing a mosquito with a hammer, but your later postings reveal that you find them to be a troublesome tenant.You likely have cured them of fixing things without your permission, but I doubt their complaining is going to stop.
