Anything is possible, but I don't see rates like we had in the 1980s come back..Closing costs on a commercial loan are about the same as on a residential.

This could include residential or commercial real estate, stocks, bonds and other investment types.

You could check with some residential property managers (usually they do single-family homes or small multi-units) to see if you can find anyone.

Our goal is to purchase and develop residential land and eventually segue into rental properties.

However, If you title in your personal name, you have the option to get a residential loan which has lower rates depending on your personal credit worthiness and income.

We str the upstairs and I’m considering converting the downstairs to residential to do the same.My business (in the ticket resale space) was occupying the downstairs before but now we have shifted to working remotely.
