Hi Richard, In order to successfully utilize FHA financing on the purchase of a multifamily there needs to be some compensating factors that make sense for the underwriting scenario (i.e. are you relocating for work, are you relocating for family needs, are you looking to become NH residence for another purpose?).

Could you come in with a higher offer price subject to property being delivered vacant to cover the seller's cost to relocate tenants?

He mentioned his USAA insurance does work with  ALE  Relocation Plus he has a publice Adjustor (a reputable local firm) (I worked with two others before)   Should I have ALE pay me directly or have the customer pay directly instead?
