Both are very well rounded pros but have different specalities.Just an update, reached out to these recommendations via email and phone and never heard back.

Finally after being paid out on September 2nd n after calling daily and sending messages emails every day I got a response on October 14th that in 7-10 days I’ll receive my funds back I should have them in my new account by October 25th 

Hell, with the time I've spent on these replies, I could have registered 1/2 dozen LLC's and EINs :)I even emailed my buddy a "cheat sheet" so he could click though the menus faster than I did my first time.

We've tried email, phone, text and even certified mail.

Then you can build a list and begin to inform and educate your prospects about your value proposition using email or whatever is the readers' preferred channel.

If it’s a private email list that you’re sending to, then you could include full address.

Are the majority of their reservations from past clients through an email list and direct bookings, or does it get the majority of its bookings on Airbnb/Vrbo?
