Having a good network of fellow investors will help you get much farther much quicker, and BP is a great place to be but having local contacts in the area where you plan to invest is very important as well (and you can find many of them through BP).

Mobile homes are fun to buy and sell because it is much quicker to handle the paperwork than tradition real estate is-at least in my experience.

I end up with 5 fully paid for rentals and no debt (including houses) after 15.2 years.So from what I can tell, the conservative approach will actually net me more money and put me on track to not having to work a regular 9-5 a full year and a half quicker than the alternative.

Well, because those three numbers will grow the fastest based on a fairly simple formula.The more assets you own, the higher return they pay and the higher you can leverage them without losing them the quicker they will grow.
