Well, this is based on history - the last 40 years, when interest rates in general fell from 18% to 3%, thereby giving the lenders absolutely no incentive, in fact a NEGATIVE incentive to call the note due.

Many markets became "Known" for purchasing an Airbnb (Florida, Rocky Mountains, etc.). because of that many people went out and purchased homes and put them on Airbnb (hell I even had a condo in Florida under contract to do this, luckily it fell through).Too many people doing this means travelers had more options, means occupancy rate goes down.2.

So even if you pick a state with stronger protections like WY or NV, the cause of action arose in the state where the tenant fell, so likely that the court where the accident happened would have jurisdiction.

I was in contract on a deal and then out of the blue couldnt get ahold on ANYONE for 8 days...and so the deal fell through.I moved all my money to Entrust (how similar these names are) and have been quite happy with their responsiveness.Jeez....just hearing their name in your post makes me angry.Maybe theyve cleaned up shop in the last year and a half......but they ruined a deal for me.
