Hello, I've been looking into buying my first property and wanted to use a conventional loan on a 2-4 unit property.

I’m wondering if anyone has had any experience with either owning or building multiple ADU’s/cabins on a single property in the state of Vermont.

I also want to build a simple website for the property.

Saying you are an "investor" to the property manager etc or someone onsite you probably are going to get looked at like you have six heads. 

@Kon Zel Our team has recently purchased several multifamily properties in Memphis.

Still close to the Bay Area but get the benefits of landlord/tenant laws, low property taxes, still high appreciation, job growth, population growth, etc. 

What are the property taxes like?
