Hello,I work for an investment brokerage we have about 65+ K investor list that is utilized as an email blast to promote properties and projects.

Written by Chantel Howell Carey and Bill CareyI'm new at this so I could be wrong on some of my points but after spending time on this website learning from it's members and then going and reading this book I am shocked that these authors are able to promote a book as so called experts when I believe that there is atleast 20 people on this site more qualified to write this book then them.Here is two quick examples of why I don't think these authors know what they are talking about:In Chapter 7 Titled No Equity?

It remains a return on the original investment.You have promoted yourself as a full time investor and landlord here numerous times.

I got licensed and kept my day job, working for myself, family and friends (no self marketing, promoting, etc.).I haven't regretted it at all.

The second one waived their lender fees for me (special promotion at the time).

Paid for the rest with savings, and with 0% promotion credit cards (0% on purchases for 2 years) - by then we will be able to pay them off.

I help promote his business, and he helps me take care of my units.
