@Steven Hamilton IIyour right but as you know my audit was (too me) very unusual.But she allowed me to revisit a lot of deductions so it was not worth the debate on this issue.However, her allowing an office deduction produced a larger deduction overall so it was to my advantage to stay within that line of (her) thinking???

The quality on some of the manufacturers are anywhere as good as the domestically produced cabinetry.Haveing said that, as there are many cabinets to choose from you have to pick one that fits for rentals.
