The purchase and sale agreement was drawn up by an attorney selected by my father-in-law, so that helped quell the fear of one sibling who objected to the sale.We also have a long-term family partnership LLC with his parents on two other properties (a house and a duplex) whereby we own 2/3 and they own 1/3 interest.
