From preliminary talks, it seems like she just wants to set up a couple of LLC's or corporations for us to overcomplicate things and charge us $8,000! 

We were cash buyers offered $850k, seller refused spent many more weeks researching, investigating, showing properties.

That’s just some rudimentary stuff, without potential zoning related hurdles that may exist.Single specs, one-offs, need significant margins on the front side, then a lot of investigations and reliable estimations to come out on top at the end.

look back in my time  of being raised it didnt matter where you came from you where always family no questions asked. yes someone was right thier is a lot of people looking for help right now however the world is hurting right now. if you can help then help if not then dont. lets keep the insults down please this is not very nice to judge based off of assumption.ask questions &  investigate more so youll understand more of the facts instead of unkind assumptious behavior

It was on the docket for city council back in Nov and supposed to release preliminary guidelines any day now.I would call the county and see what's what before I moved forward.

Syndication is something I need to investigate further.

I do not know how to start investigating this.

My state law says fraudulent claims are subject to a fine of up to $750 but they give no guidance on who to report it to, how to report it, or how it would be investigated and fined.
