#1 I agree with others, don't compare your progress with social media posts.

This highlights that the sector is ongoing adjustments to post-COVID realities and shifting economic policies.  

I plan on gutting the rest of the bathrooms and making them more modern than what's currently there. 

Since my original post I picked up my first property in WA.

You probably have the most comprehensive response to my post. 

In the Panhandle/Emerald Coast, GulfShores and Smokies there was a major shift in the purpose of the real estate inventory in the past 4 years which for ease of identification I will call pre-COVID and post-COVID.
