I've never heard of this heating method before, but a google search tells me that it was popular in the '70s and can make for a high electricity bill.

One closed recently (maybe in the last month) in an OK area for about that price (forgot the street but I considered putting an offer on this property but was too busy). 

Arrived promptly at 7:30am, was all done by 9pm that same night.Works out of CliftonI do not benefit from writing this review; I actually probably will lose, since he'll become more popular and it'll be harder to use him in the future. 

There is a nice La Quinta SUITES across the street from their hotel for half the price...  

There are a few more mobile homes left on the street, so as each one sells the remaining ones seem to appreciate incrementally.  

Some of the more popular niches are large MF apartments, storage facilities and mobile home parks to name a few.

There will be blood on the streets and those investors who weathered the storm will have plenty of opportunity to buy at a discount.
