I was looking for more of success rates if anyone has been patient enough to wait the 2 years or expectations if the current owners pay back the amounts owed do you get that with interest or even break.

Sure, you could use second hand furniture but you'd have to be incredibly choosy and patient in order to find good quality and good condition cast offs.

While there are market that will make it easier for you to acquire a cash flowing property, every market does have potential deals to find if you are patient and vigilante.
