You will learn a lot more, a lot more quickly, and a lot more reliably, than chipping away on a web forum where half-questions and half-answers seem to dominate - just the nature/drawback of the format.

Title examiners go back to search tit;e transactions back to the original ownership, unless the particular property is in a particular title insurers title plant, in which case they will only search back to the last time title insurance was issued.
