Hi everyone! I just wanted to introduce myself as a new Pro member! My husband and I are LT buy-and-hold investors. He’s active-duty and I’ve been managing our residential portfolio remotely for years. I recently started Sabino Properties, where I offer “boots on the ground” services in Dothan, AL and the Wiregrass to help remote landlords self manage their own properties. I found this part to be the most challenging when we lived overseas, and want to help other investors get the help they need. I also organize our monthly meetups so be sure to come say hi!
