I'm currently working on scaling up quickly through purchasing large SFR portfolios and/or apartments, and I'm in preliminary talks with a few sellers willing to carry back a seller 2nd note of 20-30% (i.e. the down payment).I'm looking for a lender that will move forward in financing the initial 70-80%, in 1st position, alongside a seller 2nd of the remaining 20-30%, totaling 100% CLTV.

It also sounds like you really need to do your research on tenant laws.

Maybe someone on here can help me out with that one.

This was a great way to begin my journey, as my initial motivation for obtaining my real estate license was to purchase my own home, which I successfully did this year.Now, I’m embarking on a new adventure as a real estate investor.

New (ish) wholesaler looking to do a mobile home deal in Jacksonville Florida in which the seller wants to get out and over with it.

I’m on my second property, which is my current home.
