I will have someone I know who will manage for me.

I know that my actions may cause me great problems but I see no recourse at this time.

I know they have a cap on how much the workforce homes can rent for and also for how much they can sell.

I see the need for this in certain markets like Orlando, but I would not know what to do in Tampa (for example). 

I am trying to be more active and meet like kind real estate minded people.
