We are in the process of doing our due diligence to ensure the land is in a desirable location.

So I've been able to get approved for a va loan through my lender and I'm currently in the process of analyzing deals for a house hack.

Just didn't know if the process of transferring it later would be a hassle.

I am not enjoying the process but am happy I have an opportunity to sell one of my previous homes without having to deal with a 1031.Thanks to everyone.  

With 10k you can buy a 200k duplex or 3 plex with a FHA loan putting 3.5% down payment and house hack for a year and repeat the process of saving for a down Payment once a year.

Anyone care to share there move out process?

I'll get that script, seems like a good checklist/barometer to ensure the process is reliable and repeatable. 

We were told it would be a "process" and were told to remove any and all food, cooking products, plates, glasses, pots, pans (anything we cook with or eat on) from the kitchen until the problem was taken care of - approximately 2 months!!

Are you asking to track the workflow process for rehab/flipping/contract work or the workflow that starts with seller engagement through to closing?
