Hello BP,What you do think is the best market for real estate near an Active AFB and why?

OR if they wanted a quick closing knowing that it is below market I can offer them cash and a quick closing.The major grey area is marketing a property you don't have a contract to market. 

I actively attend many different meetings in the Baltimore Area, though I am working to expand to the DC area.

On the inside, think about every doctor's office you've ever been in: the major additional system comcern is that Plumbing is everywhere.

That being said, which of these or any of the other major MC instillations would be best for rental properties.

I was told that pilings add about 10% to total cost so don't see that as a major factor.

Could even be a 3rd or 4th year Finance/Accounting major college student doing it part time.

I had a similar situation; after calling most major banks/lenders, and getting "no actuary will every approve that," I was able to work it out with a local Credit Union. 

They likely know someone interested in expanding their portfolio.Contact commercial lenders in your area and see if they know any investors looking to buy large portfolios.Contact real estate agents or property managers because many of them work for investors and are actively searching for more properties.
