So I've listened to every podcast and can't seem to remember which one has the information that I need.

Hey everyone - finally decided to join up after listening to a fair amount of podcasts on my travels.

You're not going to find a short, easy answer to your question via the forums but keep reading and listening to the podcasts.

Shortly after visiting the site, I discovered the podcast and I’ve fallen in love with listening to the guys on my drive(s) to/from work (literally started from episode one and slowly creeping up on 100) and have also graduated to purchasing & reading books from “Beardy Brandon” and Josh Dorkin (UBG, Book on Rental Property Investing, Tax Strategies for the Savvy REI + sprinkled in a little Kiyosaki).Anyhow, as part of my journey as an investment property owner in the Charlotte, NC market, I am now looking to grow my team. 

Im a very new investor and after reading/listening and doing some research this is my House hacking plan:•Buy a 3db/2ba single family in Greenville SC as a live in.

Long time podcast listener and hoping to get more involved in the BP community.
