In regards to Mobile home rentals, what standard of living, cleanliness, etc. needs to be kept to legally rent these units out?

If property management is a secondary thought, you run the risk having a company not acting ethically, legally or properly licensed operating your property. 

Is there a legal or statutory obligation that loan processor or underwriter MUST verify ownership of mortgaged property before issuing loan modification as the 2016 modification did not release the Original loan?

I want to make sure we're abiding by the rules and legalities in regards to the VA loan.Also, as an exit strategy, when we have to move after three years, my thought is that we should just rent out the home and the second dwelling so that we're getting more money than just breaking even.
