We've looked online at some houses further out that are larger and have larger lots. 

We got a message from our national manager yesterday recommending that we no longer advertise, buy leads, or support Zillow in any way.

This means that if I own units there it is unlikely that new units can come online and compete with me.

I have an LLC and a long list of REBO leads from my local Title company and I’m working on designing mailers to send out in a week or two.

At that point, I would skip trace these leads, cold call them, and door knock.
