I honestly think you'd be better off house hacking and saving a dramatic amount on housing, which is most households largest line item.

With Goldsboro, we find a unique situation however, despite it's size; Goldsboro's rate of crime is one of the highest in the USA when compared to the smallest or largest of cities in the US.
