Wholesaling in New Hampshire!

Hi everyone!! My girlfriend and I are starting to get into long term and short-term rentals and plan on using those strategies to build wealth. We don't have a ton of money to start off and I know it's totally possible to get into real estate with little to no money, but we were thinking of trying wholesaling just to generate some capital. We're really just looking to do 1 or 2 wholesaling deals, not create a whole business off of it. We haven't done a lot of research yet so I'm not even sure if wholesaling in New Hampshire is legal, but our plan is to go to some New Hampshire real estate meetups and talk to people there!

I was looking into meetups in the area and found a few but I'd love to hear about more! Or if anyone has any insights on wholesaling in New Hampshire, I would love to connect! Thanks in advance!

Why New Hampshire if you live in Worcester?  Wholesaling isn’t an easy thing to get into. It can be lucrative if you build it up but if your intention is only one or two deals you may find the return not worth the time you put in. That being said, if you come across anything I’m a cash buyer in both New Hampshire and Massachusetts.
