If you choose to build your own you can pick from tons of providers: GoDaddy, BlueHost, HostGator are just a few of the hosting services.

Prices are about the same, but you have to assemble the internet stuff.

You will be old and tired one day and you will need income to sustain yourself.At 19, one can not understand that life is short, but long enough to live.At 19 today, you have infinite knowledge, and accessibility (thank you internet), you just don't have the experience to see the cycles of life.

On another note, you should come to the bigger pockets meet up I’m hosting Nov. 30th at Barleys here in Knoxville.

And the ongoing expense structures aren't the same either:  cable, internet, maybe Netflix, all utilities, landscaping, etc.  

A small retailer has such overhead and with internet competition makes it difficult to be rewarded for the time involved and financial committment.

Some agents buy internet leads and others work the people they know for referrals.
